Larry did so much during the sale of the house, I don't think he could've done any more. At one point my lawn service quit, and Larry had a lawn service out there that day that he recommended that did a better job. He searched for painters for me, recommended clean out services, found a cleaning service to clean the house, recommended someone for the septic riser that needed to be installed. I don't think that he could've done anymore or been any more hands-on in this whole process and it is truly truly appreciated.

Larry understood my level of interest with the property and reached out immediately when the past deal started to look less than ideal. He did exactly what I needed to get the deal rolling. Larry did well for both me the purchaser and communicating to the selling party the terms and related roadblocks that appeared in the process and we managed to close the deal 10+ days early.
